Processing Times

Each piece of Cathy Ward jewelry is made by myself, from the forging process to the final details, in my small jewelry studio in Portland, Oregon. Due to the nature of this work processing times may vary depending on if the piece ordered is "ready to ship" (already fabricated, and just requires packaging and shipping), or "made to order" (requiring studio time prior to packaging).  Please see specific item description for specific details. 

• Ready to ship items will typically ship within 2-3 business days. 
• Made to order items will ship in 1-2 weeks. 

"Rush" order requests

Made to order items can be "rushed" for an additional $50 fee.  Please email me directly at cathywardjewelry@gmail.com to request a rush order.  "Rushed" items will be typically mailed out within 5 business days.

Shipping Methods and Fees - US only

Free shipping is available for all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.00.  Expedited shipping speeds are available for an additional fee.

Orders shipped within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.  Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided via email.  Faster shipping options are available with additional fees at checkout. 

International Shipping Methods, Fees, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping methods outside the continental US will be selected based on recommendations of shopify shipping service. Customer is responsible for overseas shipping fees as noted at checkout.  Tracking numbers will be provided to overseas customers whenever possible. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Cathy Ward, LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs.
